Mrs. Murden Bids Farewell to Morris Hills

Mrs. Denise Murden, a long-standing member of the Morris Hills community, retired at the end of April.  Stemming back to a noble desire to help others, to becoming a valuable  secretary in the Morris Hills general office, Mrs. Murden was able to follow her passions to reach where she is today — embarking on her exciting retirement.

Mrs. Murden said she will never forget the people and events that brought her to this moment. The co-workers that she met on a day-to-day basis and the students that would often pass by the office are connections that Mrs. Murden describes as “precious,” and that she will never forget.

However, despite all that Morris Hills  has to offer, Mrs. Murden felt it was time to begin a new chapter, to take the next step in life — retirement. With this opportunity, she wants to venture to Greece to see the roots of her heritage; pursue cooking, a long-time hobby; and connect with family members, both young and old. Mrs. Murden’s time as a secretary made a positive impact at Morris Hills, and Mrs. Murden said that Morris Hills will always hold a special place in her heart.
