Boys Track and Field
The Morris Hills Boys Track and Field team is currently having a great season, performing well at many different meets. However, as the team swings into the Morris county meet and other huge events, they hope to bring home many trophies and medals. As the team heads into the last stretch of the season, the team, led by seniors Shaun Andreazza, Noah Bernard, Derrick Canales, Charles Champagne, Jean Halaby, Keith Manansala, Krish Jain, Justin Jiang, David McGowan, Christopher Petit-Frere, Lino Piazzi, Marcos Rodrigues, Stephen Vadillo, Nisval Patel, and Gavin Varneckas, hopes to have a strong finish to the spring season under Coach Willer.
Girls Tracks and Field
The Morris Hills Girls Track and Field is also having a great season so far, placing well at multiple meets. However, similar to the boys team, they are currently gearing up to do extremely well at the significant upcoming meets. For the great season so far, the team thanks seniors Evette Colon, Madelyn Epstein, Sloan Epstein, Joanellys Fernandez, Emmanuella Jules, Laurie Medina, Valentina Montano, Kyara Olivera, Narcisa Pinto Merino, Jessica Sundel, Kyleigh Trimmer, and Caitlin Willer. However, the team also hopes to finish the season strong under Coach DiGennaro.
Baseball
The Morris Hills Baseball team currently has a record of 8-15. However, the season has been filled with amazing moments, such as their two close wins against Mountain Lakes and Morristown, respectively, Throughout the season, the team is showing competitive spirit and overall had a successful tour with many impressive wins. For their leadership this season, the team thanks seniors Aneesh Ethakota, Jack Hartsuiker, Cole Piazza, and Anthony Prestia. However, the team hopes to finish the season strong under Coach Giovine.
Softball
The Morris Hills Softball is currently having a solid season with a record of 11-11. Though the team had a rocky start, they have turned it around and have put together multiple impressive wins as of late. For example, some of their best wins came against Mountain Lakes, Chatham, Voorhees, and Mendham, respectively. Indeed, the team thanks seniors Theresa Brown, Noa Patton, Gabrielle Boles, Julianna Dattolo, Jenna Tomasetti, and Natalie Prusiensky for their leadership and experience, but hopes to finish the season on a strong note under Coach Dul.
Boys Tennis
The Morris Hills Boys Tennis team is currently having a great season with a record of 10-5. Their season has been filled with a competitive spirit, competing with some of the best teams in the county. Some of the best moments of the season were their wins against Mendham, Montville, and Randolph, respectively. For their leadership in a great season so far, the team thanks seniors Arya Mujumdar, Kavin Sawant, Aditya Vemuri, Keshav Sheth, Shiva Kalva, Anish Patel, Muthu Veerappan, and Ethan Wong. However, the team also hopes to finish on a strong note at the county and state tournaments, respectively, under Coach Barger.
Boys Lacrosse
The Morris Hills Boys Lacrosse team has put forth a solid 2024 spring season so far, currently having a record of 7-9. The season has been filled with competitive spirit and outstanding effort. After a rocky start to the season with a 3 game losing streak, the team was able to turn around the season, even having a 3 game win streak against Cedar Grove, Nutley, and Verona. For a great season, the team thanks Seniors Aiden Doyle, Killian Yombor, Brendan Gleason, Ben Blender, Connor Bourdon, Jack Dooley, Brady Gaeb, Sam Heath, Hunter Lombardo, Matthew McGovern, and Colby Wagner, and hopes to finish the season on a strong note under Coach Turner.
Girls Lacrosse
The Morris Hills Girls Lacrosse team is currently having a solid spring season so far, currently having a record of 6-9. Throughout the season, the team has overcome adversity and maintained a competitive nature. Regardless, they still had many highlights in their season, such as their close wins against Villa Walsh and Vernon, respectively. For their leadership and experience, the team thanks seniors Sydney Lavery, Danielle Rizzo, Alexandra Avila, Gianna Campi, Lucy Gioso, Sydney Mulroony, Grace Seligmuller, and Aubrey Stutmann. The team hopes to finish the 2024 season strong and have a great season next year under Coach Tepper.
Golf
The Morris Hills Golf team currently has a record of 1-10 this year. Despite the struggles, however, the team has continued to show resilience and competitiveness. Their best moment of the season came against Parsippany Hills where they won 204-199. For their leadership and guidance, the team thanks seniors Rohan Ganesh and Cristiano Hong, and the team hopes to finish strong this season under Coach Gabriele.
