AcDEC Excels

The Morris Hills AcDec team competed in various subjects ranging from economics to music at New Jersey’s Academic Decathlon State Championship. The competition was composed of a written and quiz-bowl component. Congratulations to Christine Liu (GROOT for highest combined math and science score, 5^th in honors team economics, 12^th highest overall honors team score, 1^st in honors mathematics, 3^rd in honors team science), Jesse Kass (1^st in honors team speech category), Sameer Jain (2^nd in honors team interview, 4^th in honors speech category), Priyanka Olza (4^th in varsity team economics) and Jacob Mirogi (3^rd in scholastic team interview)!
